Security: We offer bespoke security service for both long and short term contracts. Our services include mobile patrols, a 24 hour Security Control Room and key holding to give tenants extra peace of mind for their demised space.

Our team can also offer flexible services for events on a short to medium term basis.

Cleaning: Our bespoke cleaning service allows our clients to utilise our full range of products and services, which covers every aspect of cleaning and waste. From washroom consumables to full time cleaning contracts, we ensure a practical and flexible approach is applied.

M & E: Our team of highly experienced engineers will deliver mechanical and electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) as well as reactive maintenance, giving strength and depth, when and where it is required. Our expertise enables us to deliver efficient and cost effective management.

Concierge Service: We can put any building receptionist through our concierge training programme to ensure your clients are offered the best possible service. Concierges can book taxis, carry out client administration and even arrange dry cleaning.

Helpdesk: We pride ourselves on delivering customer excellence and a large part of our service delivery is tracked by our 24 hour helpdesk service.

Our helpdesk is on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any questions you might have relating to your asset. All calls are logged, tracked and reported to ensure that your most important enquiries are dealt with on time and without any hassle.



We have some of the best compliance rates in the UK. We are externally audited and have a bespoke web based platform to assess the performance levels of all of our contractors, enabling us to provide the best service possible.

We ensure that our contractors are of the highest calibre and hold the relevant documentation to ensure safe working procedures. We thereby reduce liability and ensure legislative compliance.

We operate an online permit system where contractors must submit the relevant Method Statements and Risk Assessments for any works due to be carried out on any of our managed premises for prior approval.
